Ashley Li

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor and Juris Master degrees from Peking University School of Transnational Law and is expecting a law degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Her professional experience spans both China and the United States. As an associate at Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N) in Beijing, she advised major state-owned and listed companies, including Maotai Group, CITIC, and Poly Group, with a focus on labor compliance, anti-corruption, and cross-border regulatory matters such as U.S. and multilateral financial investigations and sanctions.
In the United States, Ashley has worked on civil rights matters in Madison, primarily employment discrimination cases on the employee side. Her work has included drafting motions, briefs, and discovery responses, conducting legal research to support litigation strategy, and assisting attorneys in depositions and mediations.
With her strong international background and hands-on litigation experience, Ashley brings clients practical and insightful support. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to advocacy make her a valuable resource for navigating both complex compliance issues and civil rights disputes.
