Chaney Song

Chaney Song is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Lei, APC. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and family law matters including divorce, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, pre-birth orders, and egg donation law. Her areas of focus further extend to cross-border marital issues and property distribution.

Before joining the firm, Chaney practiced law in China for over six years, where she represented predominantly public figure clients in cases involving personality rights and matters concerning their public image and reputation and served as legal counsel for various domestic and international entertainment companies.

Chaney holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, as well as an LL.M. from the Central University of Finance and Economics. She is admitted to practice in California and China.

Chaney is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
