Janet Huang is a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Lei, APC. She has solid experience in assisted reproductive law, guiding clients through complex legal processes that often involve multicultural and cross-border considerations.
Before joining the Law Offices of Lei, APC, Janet practiced law for over three years in China, focusing on corporate law, investment, capital markets, cross-border transactions, and bond issuances. She further developed her international legal expertise through her LL.M. studies in the United States.
Janet holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law and a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University Law School.
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, and English, and is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with professionalism, efficiency, and cultural understanding.
